Frankincense Oil
Frankincense (Olibanum) is derived from the resin of the Boswellia tree. It exudes a rich, woody, and slightly spicy aroma and can be used through inhalation or applied topically to the skin.
Terpenes, including boswellic acid, appear to be the strongest anti-inflammatory compounds in Frankincense.
Frankincense Benefits:
- Osteoarthritis - Apply on the affected area as needed 2-3 times a day.
